Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we deliver! You can also pick up your order at our locations in Frisco, TX and Austin, TX.
Where can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order at either of our locations: Frisco, TX 75034 or Austin, TX 77857. Pickup is available during our business hours.
Do you ship nationwide?
Currently, we offer pickup and local delivery in the Frisco and Austin, Texas areas. Nationwide shipping is not available at this time, but stay tuned for updates!
How far in advance do I need to order?
Please place your order at least 5 days in advance. Orders made 2-3 days before pickup will incur an additional $10 late order fee.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order amount. You can order as little as a single Dubai Chocolate Brownie or as much as 5 dozen cookies!
Can I place a last-minute order?
We do accept orders with less than 5 days notice when possible, but a $10 late order fee will apply. Please contact us to check availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Zelle, and Credit/Debit cards. A 100% deposit is required to confirm your order.
When is payment due?
Payment is due upon order confirmation. Your order is considered verified only upon receipt of the full 100% deposit.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not provide refunds. If your order is not picked up at the scheduled time and date without prior notification, we reserve the right to redistribute your cookies.
What are your business hours?
Monday through Friday: 9am - 5pm
Saturday and Sunday: 9am - 3pm
Can I customize my cookies?
Absolutely! Our frosted sugar cookies are fully customizable. Share images and provide precise instructions for colors, styles, writing, and decorations. Please note that color accuracy may not be 100% guaranteed.
Are your products halal/kosher?
Yes! All our cookies and treats are crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients that are 100% halal/kosher.
What allergens are in your products?
Our products contain the following allergens: eggs, nuts, and wheat. Some items also contain peanuts (Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies) and tree nuts (Dubai Chocolate Brownies). Please contact us if you have specific allergy concerns.
